Heather’s journey into the realm of natural and energetic therapies is deeply rooted in her lineage, where reverence for Mother Earth’s cycles and attunement to inner wisdom are cherished traditions. 

Reiki has been a sacred thread woven into Heather’s life for over two decades. The expansive knowledge of this ancient healing art being passed down to her by her mother and Reiki Master.

Her encounter with Kinesiology in 2001, amidst a health crisis, illuminated the powerful connection between emotional and physical healing.

Through this transformative journey of emotional and energetic restoration, Heather discovered a profound understanding of the mind body connection and metaphysical anatomy, igniting her passion for holistic wellness.

While pursuing corporate and customer service careers, natural therapies remained a constant presence in Heather’s life, shaping her approach to raising her children and nurturing her own wellbeing.

Formalising her expertise with a Diploma of Progressive Kinesiology in 2020, With a radiant passion, Heather guides her clients towards alignment of body, mind, and spirit, fostering conscious living and purposeful balance. 

Kinesiology remains integral to Heather’s holistic approach, both for her own wellbeing and that of her clients. As she tends to others, she too receives regular energetic balances as she continues to evolve as a balanced and aligned practitioner.
